You're INVITED :)

Last week, Amy called asking me if I wanted to go in with her and Maggie to throw Trent and Elizabeth (our neighbors/friends) a wedding shower. Of course, I get all excited about planning another party and I instantly say "YES"... without thinking! As I get all excited and make some plans with the girls, I also get reminded of the "surprise" party we are throwing for a family friend the same day- plans that were made a few weeks back. BOO! I was in a bind!
So, I had to tell the girls I was gonna back out... and I hate backing out! To be nice and because I love the couple, I offered to make the invitations and have them out by the end of the week. - can you say stressful - I was anxious to figure out how to make the invitations and make them cute... Erica is usually the specialist in this department... but it was all on me... So, I took a trip to A.C. Moore. I walked up and down the aisles, sat on the floor laying out paper and ribbon, finally made a decision and came home to put my talents to work! And here is the masterpiece:




I thought I did pretty good anyway! I hope the guests will like them and that they will make it to the fridge!!!!
